Mums and Bubs Classes allow for parents to bring their children to fit exercise into their week.

Reformer Strength

Reformer Strength Classes are a mix of Core, Upper and Lower Body exercises to lengthen and strengthen muscles.

Mens Classes

Mens Classes focus on stretching and strengthening common tight and weak muscles to ensure men have a strong foundation to prevent injury during day to day activities.
